Yoga Background

I have over 12 years of dedicated self-practice, including over 8,500 hours of meditation. My five years of teaching experience in India and the United States includes Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, and Asana.

I received my Yoga certification from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan in New Delhi and completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh, India.

In 2016, I completed a Vipassana meditation course, and in 2019, I began practicing Kriya Yoga. I am now an advanced Kriya Yoga practitioner initiated by the Self-Realization Fellowship in Los Angeles. This sacred science involves advanced meditation techniques, regular study, and the application of spiritual principles.

As my students have ranged in age from 5 to 87 years old, I have experience teaching a wide demographic.
Their experiences encompass profound peace, relaxation, weightlessness, a connection to the Divine, positive behavioral shifts, an altered approach to life, and significant reductions in stress and anxiety, among other benefits. I find immense satisfaction in witnessing their ongoing transformation.
